RENTAL POLICY

*Drivers must be at least 22 years old and
have a minimum of 2 years of valid driving experience.

Rental Fees & Security Deposit

Our rental fees are calculated based on the selected vehicle type, rental duration, and any optional services or add-ons you choose. We are committed to providing competitive rates with no hidden fees, ensuring transparency and great value for every customer.

A refundable security deposit is required at the start of your rental. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages, fines, or additional charges incurred during the rental period. The full deposit, or remaining balance, will be returned once the vehicle is returned in its original condition and all rental terms have been fulfilled.

Payment Terms

Rental fees must be paid in advance each via bank transfer or cash. Late payments fees will be incurred, per day. All charges are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified, and failure to comply with payment terms can result in further penalties or agreement termination.

Delivery and Use of Vehicle

The Lessee must collect the vehicle at the agreed location and report any defects upon pickup. The vehicle is to be used only in Singapore (Malaysia allowed for PHV renters), by authorized drivers only, and for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include smoking, eating, transporting pets without a carrier, unauthorized repairs, and off-road or reckless use, fines will be incurred. Negligence-related breakdowns may incur on-site assistance fees.

Insurance

The vehicle is insured under a PHV policy during the rental period, but the Lessee is responsible for insurance excesses—for own damage and third-party claims. The Lessee must report accidents promptly and cooperate fully. Any damage not covered due to negligence or policy violations must be paid for in full by the Lessee.

Maintenance and Repairs

The Lessee must keep the vehicle in good condition and promptly inform the Lessor of any issues. Repairs must be carried out only at Lessor-approved workshops, and unauthorized repairs will incur a penalty. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

Fuel

The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge of per litre plus a service fee.

Late Return

If the vehicle is not returned on time, a charge per day will apply. The Lessor reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without notice and charge the Lessee for any costs incurred during repossession.

Termination of Agreement

The Lessor may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of a breach, bankruptcy, or if continuation is deemed non-viable. No rental refunds will be given upon termination due to the Lessee’s default. Mutual termination is allowed with both parties’ consent.
